Convenient small hotel for 1 night in Dallas. Staff was knowledgeable, and facilities were great here. Impeccable service, good sized and brand-new room complete with bedroom as well as an amazing view. Early check in and late check out. Central location, just 

Loved Dallas, the hotel was convenient close enough to all the activities. Brand-new room with bedroom separate for living area, we had a real good stay. Everything was simply great.

Great location with convenient shuttle service to the airport. The room was beautifully maintained and felt brand new. Climate control, cable TV with on-demand movies, and a microwave provided a very comfortable stay during vacation. 

When we checked in, suite with an amazing view was ready...

The staff was especially helpful and responsive. The room had an amazing view of the area, and the bed was comfortable. The service was excellent, including a complimentary breakfast with pancakes, free drinks, and an omelette 

i was there for the Texas/OU football game and thet were very nice.

The room was new, roomy, and well-equipped with conveniences like a TV, climate control, and a safe.

I made a couple booking and contacted them immideatly about my mistake. Nobody replied till today. They just charged me double. So the conclusion is: the are not responsive, no service what so ever, and terrible value for money.

The room was super clean and looked like it had just been renovated. It had air conditioning, a TV with plenty of movie options, and even a microwave 🍿. The service was top-notch—they even provided a shuttle to and 

Bed was comfortable. Plenty of sinks so you can get ready in the morning when other person is in shower. :) Room is spacious. Breakfast was good. Especially the omelet bar.

The fact we were not able to get into our room with our key card. Had to go back to the desk 2 times to reset our cards. They had to call an Engineer (maintenance) to open the door.. We waited for about 20+ minutes and still nobody showed up. Had to go back to front desk 3rd time. the line was too long to wait. Went back up and husband was in. After Medieval Times we met some friends at the bar downstairs, came back to room to get cell phone and couldn't get in. Later that evening we went to room and my key wouldn't work and my husbands took several times to get into our room. Frustrating!!!

The breakfast here had a good variety of options to choose from, which was cool. The staff were super helpful and really paid attention to me, even giving me some great recommendations 😊.

Incredibly beautiful hotel with everything impeccably clean throughout. Comfortable beds and WiFi. Early check-in and excellent service. Wonderful views, nice pool, and shuttle to the airport.

light switch in bathroom was broke, tub in room 502 needs updating we stayed on 2nd floor twice rooms seem to be in better shape
